This is a static website with no accounts and no cookies. Your transaction file is processed entirely inside your own browser and is never sent to us or to anyone else. We do count anonymously how often the tool is used - without cookies and without personal data.

This site is operated personally; there is no company and no VAT number.
Your transaction file
The CSV you upload is read and computed by JavaScript running in your own browser. The file is not uploaded, not transmitted and not stored - not by us and not by our host. Close the tab and it is gone.
We therefore have no access whatsoever to your brokerage account, your trades or the amounts computed.
Server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web server, Vercel records technical data when you request a page: your IP address, the timestamp, the page requested and your browser type. This happens in order to deliver and secure the site and to prevent abuse.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are retained by Vercel under their own retention periods; we do not actively consult them.
Exchange rates (third party)
To convert foreign-currency amounts into euro, your browser requests the official ECB reference rate from api.frankfurter.dev. That request carries only the date and the currency code - never your ISINs, your amounts or your file.
Because your browser makes the request itself, that service does see your IP address. If you would rather avoid this, you can enter the rates manually instead of fetching them.
Anonymous usage statistics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count how often the tool is actually used. This works without cookies, without advertising pixels and without building a profile of you. Nothing is stored on your device, which is why there is no cookie banner.
What we record: that a page was viewed, plus events such as "file imported" (carrying only the detected broker format), "calculation completed" and "amounts copied for DivTax".
What we NEVER send: your ISINs, your amounts, your trade dates, your filename or how many transactions you have. Those never leave your browser - not even to us.
Transfers outside the EEA
Vercel Inc. is a US company and the site's operator is based in India, so server logs may be processed outside the European Economic Area. For the hosting this relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Because we hold no account or transaction data, in practice this concerns server logs only.
